I have a question. A few months ago with the immigration laws I was wondering how a forgein secures a visa? I was just curious, because I've always wondered about it. If someone comes from Germany, how do they secure a visa in the US? Thanks.

Anyone living outside of the US must get their visa prior to arriving in the US. Contact the nearest US embassy or consulate in your area, schedule an appointment, and find out what will be required for you to get a visa. Or if they have a website, check out the section on visas and travel to the US - it will list all of the requirements. Good luck!

I think you need to start with your embassy and most embassies are located in Washington DC. YOu can locate your embassy by going to ask.com and typing in the name of the country and the word embassy as in "Germany Embassy".
