None, cut out sugar, and work out like a fiend. What you fail to realize is once you are off the steroids, you shrink! Being cut like that is only for the guys and not for the ladies...

Stereroids are for cheaters and they can very easily kill you if you don't know what your doing, plus you have to take tests for most sports and jobs and can get fired or kicked off the team.

none at all.. they can make you a little loopy. They cause severe mood swings and sudden bursts of physical rage in 90% of men...
