Unless those shoes are dipped in gold and dripping with diamonds, those prices are insane! I think it's ridiculous that every magazine I see has items that are $100 and up. Please understand, I LOVE fashion. I just wish there was a magazine dedicated to items $100 or less. Wouldn't that be nice?

I think that would be marvelous. I have an insanely random obsession with cheap and extremely cute shoes. Magazines frustrate me because of the same reasons you're frustrated. Try looking at online sale sites instead of magazines!
Things will start becoming cheaper, m'dear! Just wait!

Honey I am a lot older than you and I can't afford shoes that price and I have a job! LOL I find that Walmart is a great place to shop for shoes and they are comfortable.

I agree. Even if I could afford it, I wouldn't pay that much for a stupid pair of shoes. Go to www.zappos.com They have great shoes at great prices.

I agree. I tell my kids when their feet stop growing then they can get a $100.00 pair of shoes but they will have to pay for it with their own money because I refuse to pay for it! Payless and Walmart are my stores!

men do not care about shoes...who cares what other women think abou tyou..you are above that..so buy less expensive shoes and save for reitrement..Mr. "right" isnt' even going to remember what shoes you worew the night he fell in love with you, but he will remember somethign else "cute"....
