I think it was the JEWS that attacked Iran last time, there, Gomer. You know, the same guys that are attacking and killing the Arabs in Palestine.
I must admit, though, that was very left-wing and politically correct for you to make an erroneous blanket statement like that.
Christians didn't invent Truth and Justic. White Europeans did before there was a Christianity.

The world in general is concerned with any new nation gaining nuclear weapons. This is because the more nations that have nuclear weapons, the greater the risk of such weapons falling into the hands of a terrorist group or some rogue leader who would not hesitate to use them. Once a nuclear device is used on any country, the field would be open for the other country to retaliate with a nuclear weapon causing world destruction. This is not a Christian thing. This is a common sense thing. It has nothing to do with morality and everything to do with saving the human race from itself.

That is the history of *all* religions and not just Christianity.
However, Iran has not shown a level headed responsibility as a basis for owning nukes. Iran has made clearly violent and threatening statements, such as "Israel should be wiped from the face of the earth." If Iran only needed the uranium for energy, they would be more than happy to obtain the needed material from countries already able to produce it. Using sovereignty as an excuse is just that...an excuse. Iran has already made its bed, and can't backpedal now. It has a hotheaded and threatening leader. No country, in their right mind, would want another country, with a leader like that, having nukes.
As far as other countries, it is too late. They already have them.

Iran will be too dangerous with a nuke. There is no other way to make a bomb except with enriched weapons grade uranium, unless Iran buys a already assembled bomb. What give the USA the right to tell them what to do? Because we say so. If Iran continues, consequences will follow. One thing that can happen is a bomb might fall out of a passing Air Force plane onto valuable Irani real estate.

ı think you're right; it's just all about power and control. No leader in the world would jeopardize the life of their community(70 million for Iran) for any reason. But I'm sure we're all familiar to populist speeches from leaders, especially when they're newly elected. E.U. offered Iran to supply them the uranium they need for nuclear plants and to "control" the reactors for a "fair price"="oil". to keep world peace, they claim. It more and more looks like West vs. East. Observe particularly Chinese&russian&indian reaction to persian nuclear energy program. Russia&İndia with technology, China with Labour and economy, İran with energy; Looks like a very good SuperPower alternative, i'm personally getting sick of the World Police Game.

Notice that America has possessed, but not used, nuclear weapons in the last 60 years. The government of Iran can not be considered anywhere near this stable. If the Iranians acquired an atomic weapon, you can be sure it will be used either in Israel, or the US within a very short time.

it has nothing to do with nuclear weapons, just the fact that the US wants to control the middle east and exploit the crap out of it and the only country left standing in the way is Iran, bc its the only country there without a US puppet gvt. so any economic advancement of any sort for Iran is a threat to US interests in the middle east and elsewhere. stop believing everything the US and western media tells you, a lot of it is bull

you bring up a good disussion. But let me remind you that the leader of iran actually stated on the record that Israel should be wiped off the map.
Racist rhetoric + nuclear capability = bad news.
