MS Rice...I think Laura Bush is very strong though. I just believe I see conflict when Pres Bush and her are togeather.

The First Lady might have the occasional scheme about education reform, but the Secretary of the State has more important issue that are certainly more pertinent. If it wasn't during a time of war (like we'll ever see a time like that again *sigh*) I'd say the President's wife would have more influence. Hopefully, W. has enough sense to listen to his cronies once in a while rather than those damned corporation lobbyists that own the government.
Bitter views on politics aside, Ms. Rice has more pull.

I believe that it depends on the issue. Rice has more pull on political and foreign policy decisions and Mrs. Bush on social issues.

If Bush ain't getting the nookie, everyone is miserable. If the First Lady wants something, she sure as hell will get it.
Therefore it is A. ;)
