I'm thinking pretty much that guy that was supposedly pyshic and what not ... had taken in all the people around him like Naomi and Ewan and created a story to cope with what had just happened to him ... does that make sense? Yeah, it only sorta makes sense to me

That movie was a complete waste of my time, the dvd cover makes it seem really compelling but when you satrt watching it you just keep on waiting and waiting for something interesting to happen, nothing ever happens. It has one of the worst explained endings of all times. No one really understood it, just the writer and director, i bet you not even the rest of the staff like the camera man understood it.
