Surely, only an intersexual person who happens to have a vagina + testicles + a womb *and* has experience of both these painful endurances could answer this question truthfully?

As far as I know, there haven't been any cases of a person with external female and male genitalia giving birth but I will be sure to add to this answer (or the resulting comments) if I find out otherwise...

For the record, I'd hazard a pretty confident guess that giving birth hurts more.

I had 4 kids and let me tell you I hurt. I only weighed 80 lbs when I first got pregnant and had one that weighed 6 1/2 lbs, one 7 lbs 6oz, one 7 lbs 8 oz and one 8 lbs and 8 oz. To me giving birth is definitely more painful than being hit in the crown jewels. But the pain is well worth it giving birth and getting hit in the crown jewels wouldn't be worth it for nobody.

Difficult question although a very good one. The only way to answer is to be able to give birth and have the un fortunate date with a foot in the nuts!! I would like to say that being kicked in the nuts is far worse than giving birth, but i won't as i am sure plucking something the size of a rugby ball through a hole the size of a doughnut hole must be painfull!!

It takes 6 weeks to recover from child birth and what maybe an hour after being hit in the jewels.

Technically, giving birth doesn't hurt. What the mother feels isn't pain, it's pressure, and this leads to extreme discomfort, (obviously: 10 cm, come on!) so the "jewels" would hurt more. But to be honest, I'd rather get kicked in the balls than poop out a water melon!

I've had to pass a kidney stone before, the doctor said it was the male equivalent to giving birth, (peeing out a walnut sized chunk of calcium and iron) but again, he said I wouldn't feel pain, I'd feel pressure. He was right. But MAN can pressure ever feel a lot like pain!!

Since I'm a guy, I would have to say being hit in the "twins", but if men were able to give birth, I think haveing a baby the size of a watermellon comming out of your pee hole would have to take the cake on pain there!

I do not know, i would guess giving birth. Worse than both of them i think is being hit in the shins by a very hard object. Everything stops, pain is total you cannot move focus or think, what is worse people try to help.
