Don't bother. A lot of companies have that spy ware stuff and they can see what you are doing on your computer at all times. Just do your job. thats what they are paying you for.

you could just log on to myspace from home and do your stuff there... your work probably doesnt want you to "waste time" surfing the internet when you should be working.
