Having a boy's bathroom and no girl's bathroom would be. Having a nice, roomy, clean girl's bathroom and a tiny dump for a boy's bathroom would be.

In New York City, there is a concept that some are trying to advance, called "bathroom parity." The idea is that in the men's rooms, there are x number of toilets and y number of urinals, but in the women's rooms, there are still only x number of toilets. So x+y men can use a men's room and only y women can use the women's room. They want women's rooms to have the same number of toilets as the men's room has toilets + urinals.

It was a topic of debate during the prime of the ERA in the 1970's-80's. It never got support from mainstream supporters. Discrimination is based on social parameters, currently it is not considered as such.
Many new public buildings (ie sports venues) are actually being designed with more ladies rooms.

Who is it discriminating against?? Boys have one, girls have one. If it was boys have a bathroom, girls go behind a bush then yes, but they both have equal areas. I think you need to look the word discrimination up in the dictionary. Maybe you meant to say segregation? Segregation is the proccess of separating people of different, sex, race, class, or ethnic group, as in schools, housing, and public or commercial facilities, ect.

Not at all. Having bathrooms for boys but none for girls would be discrimination.

are you kidding me? no. it's not. how would you like to have one bathroom where boys miss the toilet? no offense but i don't think that that happens very often in the girl's bathroom and i am a clean freak. so no it's not a disrimination. look up the word DISCRIMINATION in the dictionary and see what it says/.
