What would be the 'point'? When you're ready to go - you'll GO.
Why would it be connected with a dream? In your sleep, if you're
old...yeah.
I've never heard of a young person dying in their sleep unless it
was found out later they had an unknown medical condition - have you?
Obits: 30 year old died unexpectedly in sleep, no known reason
doctors think bad dream may be to blame...?!? Never heard that one before. I'm sure it's an old wives tale.

No that's not true.... but if after all of these responses and you're still not satisfied, Google the word dreams and you will be directed to experts who can answer your question in details. Or Google can refer you to dreams books. But from personal experience.... its not true, i was shaken up a bit but i'm fine.

Only in the Matrix or on Elm Street.
In reality you just wake up and consider it a bad dream.

Not really...because I saw on Mystery Diagnosis on TLC that this
guy kept on dying in his dream and then he came to find out that he was having Sleep Apnea.
