Of course there are many guys that are not obsessed with a girls boobs. Yes, they care about how they look, tho. Would you want a slob on your arm? Yes, there are guys who care about what's on the inside and like girls for who they are. The problem is at times, the girls don't recognize they need to develop something in their life besides showing off their boobs by how they dress. If you dress to be provocative, that's all a guy is going to notice (at least at first).
To be treated like a lady, you must BE a lady.

I think alot of a person is about attitude. You can be hot as f u c k but if u are a total ***** then I am sorry but ur not hot at all. But yet a gurl who isn't a perfect 10 but has a great attitude can be great. Its all in personal preference Just remember you are beautiful

It is mainly depending on how they see the person if they like the positive side or if they choose the simple side
I just wish that girls could do the same thing no offence but yes you girls do it too but for our male parts
