David Beckam is overrated as a player.But he makes a good ambassador for England and a money maker who ever employs him.In Japan he made appearances and made millions for his club.The world cup was the ruler which measured his play.there were so many other players better than him, and I am sure that there are others in the UK who are better.But as a soccer enthusiast I really don't like the idea of a player becoming a TV celebrity before he retires of sells the game as a business.He has brought the game to disrepute!

i think that his potrayed himself as more of model that footballer. his too busy doing ads and pausing that fans see him as a fake.
he should consentrate more on football then pausing
