Yes I believe and it works mostly to warn us of something negative. The problem is that too many times, we do not pay attention.

Boring Answer. Human beings are animals it is debatable as to how high up the list we are in intelligence. What we have gained in knowledge in evolving is out way ed by what we have lost in our instinct to survive as a specie. Some people still retain certain aspects of that knowledge we now call ESP Some call it common sense.

I believe some people do and others don't. Probably just the next step in evolution, i'm sure not all cavemen developed the ability so "speak" so to speak all at once. It's just the next step in human evolution.

yeah we all have it, some people are more in tune to it than others but it's definitely there i think. you know sometimes when you just get that feelin' that something isn't right or when you think about someone and then they call. all ESP mate..
