sge tells us what to do and ides her food and trys to run things the original plan was for just us and my daughter what should we do and what can we say to not start confusion plus we have a one year lease gelp any advice

tell her to get out if she is not on the lease!! you have the right to kick her out if she is not on the lease!!

If she isn't on the lease you could come up with some story on how the landlord found out and wants her gone. Or...I know this sounds nuts. You can tell her she's annoying the piss out of you and to back off or get out.

yeah... if she's not on the lease then kick her out. Tell her to chill with the power trip and if she doesn't then she can hit the road.

Now relax! Don't get stressed out. Be very polite with tht lady. Smile and very gently tell her... "listen you piece of !@#$. You are not part of our package. So why don't you take your sweet @#$% out of here, and go rule the kennels if it makes you feel any dominant @#$#." See? So simple and polite. Good luck!
