format the drive...and upgrade to Windows XP...you'll be the bettter for it

donate the computer and buy a new one. You should be able to keep your screen, keyboard etc. and just buy the tower. You can get nice ones from Dell for <$400

format n reload win 98 it wil suit ur pc dont go 4 xp it wil slow dwn ur pc speed

dont upgread to sp2 of xp, try using utility softwares to maximize efficiency and dheck for viruses or worms

before you upgrade to windows xp make certain your computer can handle it. some computers cannot be upgraded.
