First of all, if you keep dying in RuneScape, you may be taking on enemies too hard for you. The easiest way is just to keep playing, especially on easier enemies.
Try MapleStory, it's much more interactive.

This game is like runescape create a character and chat with unknown people and play games. Its role playing just like runescape but its kind of sissy. But not as complicated. Its called club penguin at miniclip.com

A good free game is ferentus. Is like runescape, but the graphics are much better.

due, if you dont wanna die in runescape, then dont fight things or people who are a whole lot stonger than you, do what i did and spend countless hours training on guards and white knights and the likes, now im nearing 74 combat, so i dont die but maybe once or twice a year, that and i DONT PK, i build my other skilss

Dude just be careful about wat yer fighting and dont go PKing and keep playin runescape. thats how i kinda survive. until someone calls me a noob in wild and i battle them but they use magic wich is totaly not cool and kill me. ='(
