Confidence is feeling great about or proud of yourself in general - not relative to anyone else. Arrogance is when you begin comparing yourself to other people and decide you are better than them.

confidence becomes arrogance when you become too confident in your abilities and are frustrated that others do not measure up to the standards that you can. So you begin to think that you are better than those people

Both will say they know how to do something. A confident person will know how, and an arrogant person will think they know how.

when you become over confidence and start taking decisions for you beloved ones which you may think are correct but may hurt the other person. It may vn break your relationship with that person
