I do not agree with the comment regarding abortion. If she had sex with consent which I assume that she did because there is no mention of rape in your question, she needs to pay her dues- either keep the baby or carry it through and have it adopted.
If the man is from Mexico and went back there, chances are, that he will never be charged (it is not an international crime) and the girl will never get child support. It is a double edged sword.

Many guy can be cowards like that.But that girl gotta think forward. I think she shloud take a abortion, at least to save herself from both physically and from embrassment from public. Then she should think of doing something to this guy. Well she can charge that guy for raping a uder aged girl. BUT TAKE A ABORTION FIRST, cuz its tooooooooooooooooooooooooo early to have a kid.
