from wht i understand? .... he didn't wanna hurt ur feelings, if thts wht he told u when u both broke up. AND... i think u still love him. Cos if u didn't, u wouldn't still be bothered how he reacts to this day. Last but least? If he's not acting out the way he calimed u both should?...it's a hint.....move on....OR....if u want him back.....fight for it....

It's ok to still be friends with him, but be JUST friends and nothing more for now and just see what happens, but don't let him use you in any way. Who knows maybe you might get back together again some day IF that is what both of you want.

I still talk to some of my ex-boyfriends and we get along fine, but they sure don't get the "benefits" if you know what I mean.

It takes about 3-6 months for someone to get over their ex on average. So he will either come around and be friends with you or "drop off." Which may have been his intention and he just said he wanted to be friends with you. Good luck with it either way.

It depends. Are you trying to stay in touch with him to see if sparks will fly again? If that's not your goal, then I think it's completely okay for you guys to be friends. Just make sure you don't get jealous when he gets another girlfriend....and don't try and destroy his relationships out of jealousy, either. Maybe he's just afraid that's what will happen. And I think guys sometimes say that they want to be friends with you to try to make you feel better after a bad break-up.

yes and no..

well yes be Friends with him but very far away friends, that way you can always hang out once in a while.

and no because if you get to close and are not BF and GB then he will try and get what he wants from you and then some and also get it from another girl as well.

guys are very tricky and think we are stupid, play his game but don't ever fall for it or give him what he wants.

It depends...does he a good "friend" qualities. I have been friends with my ex's and I haven't had any problems out of them. The problems don't start until my new boyfriend comes in the picture...then they seem to have a problem with my ex-boyfriend.

My wife and I are getting divorced and she says she wants to be friends. I don't see how that is possible. I love her so much and she is leaving me for someone else. So I don't think it's wise. I think that it will cause to many problems for anyone. Just get past them and move on.

No,it is just a way for him or for you to try to get back together!
Give it a go if you still want a relationship with him,but if not then you must know the other option!

If you feel your emotionally ready to accept his friendship with no strings attached and all hard feelings aside then sure. If either of you are still harboring feelings for each other then that will only make things worse.

Never be friends with your ex. It can only end badly especially if your seeing someone else.
