You need to remember whenever you trying to be successul they always going to people try to hold you back. If it your friends you need to see why do you pick these people as friends. There a reason why someone want to be your friends. You need to pick new friends that something you can control. As far a family, it can be difficult, them are the first people you knew. You need to stay away from them.Some family members you will be close to some you will not. The first family in the bible was dysfunctional. There no such thing as a perfect family.
It in your decision. I also recommended you reading these two verses in the bible Proverbs 13:20 Proverbs 18: 24
1.Remember this if you don't remember nothing else:
The value you place upon any relationship is immediately revealed by the price you willing to pay for it
2.You want that relationship it going to cost, what are you willing to do What are you willing to do to get the relationship, what the reason someone want to be with me, your friend, spouse to marry you
3. The pleasure received from any relationship is completely dependent upon the pursuit which you can comfortablely maintain
Any one can pursuit for a little while/short amount of time _pursuit is tough is what you comfort maintaining it
For any relationship to be productive, it must have qualifications
Do something; produce anything, going to be multiply
That going to be multiply (fellowship, going to diner, play around with each other, you have your own qualifications
Multiply your life, nothing in life can multiply by one
Relationship qualifications:
They must willing to walk with you long-term (they got to be committed to long term relationship)
They must have empires in their brains (got to be doing something) achieved something in their lives)
Person not going to do anything you already seen them in their peak performance, you don’t want that.Where they going
They must be generous
Cant live your life around people that Always on the take,

It's called the "Crab" effect. Have you ever watched crabs in a barrel. Well when one is getting close to the top, the others pull it right back down. People do this because they are ignorant. You have to hold you head up and know that because you want bigger and better things, there are going to be some Haters out there. Just ignore them and keep on going up.

People that do that are usually jelaous and insecure themselves. You can always try spending less time with the person or talk to them, and let them know how you're feeling.
