Gonna guess it's from an Olds 307 to a Chevy 350. Just finished doing this. Using the factory engine mounts will make it easier. The frame will already have the bolt holes drilled. Or "should" have the holes anyway! Depending on transmission type you probably will need a Chevy tranny. The Olds tranny is probably a BOP(Buick Olds Pontiac) style. The bell housings are different, but you might get lucky and the bellhousings could match. May have to notch the mount under the transmission tailshaft a touch. Hard Part is rewiring the electrical system because the starter is on the other side. Fuel pumps are a little different so a fuel line will need to be modified. Alternator is on the other side also. If you have some tools and a little patience, this is not real hard to do. You'll also need a different hose to match the radiator. I think the lower hose is the same. Just make sure the flywheel matches the starter and the tranny bellhousing matches up. Chevy has 2 different size flywheels, a 153 tooth and a 168 tooth. It only needs to match the torque converter mounting bolt holes and the starter nose. Using the factory 350 engine mounts will make this easier. The Olds mounts are very different. If everything lines up correctly, I do believe you will not have to cut or weld anything. The exhaust system might be a small problem. Doesn't the Delta 88 use the same frame as a Caprice? Might be able to get parts there if you want to save a little money. Good luck!

probably the 307 is an olds motor and if the 350 is an olds motor jump to it... if the 350 is a chevy you could have to change the motor mounts and trans mounts

I think the blocks are the same. Mounts should line up.
