No, if it's not your own voice thinking aloud in your head, the voices that you are hearing means you have a problem. There are many mental disorders that manifest themselves by hearing voices. I am sure that most are treatable and you would benefit from talking to your medical doctor so he can refer you to a specialist. Please do this.

Everybody have voices in their head, that don't mean you have to do what they are saying, and that don't mean you are crazy either. A voice is telling me now to "get up and get your sorry *** a drink of water" that don't mean I going to do it.

You are possibly schitzophrenic- this often shows up in mid to late teens or early twenties. You should see someone. I know people who have this and it can be helped.
