Hey, I'm 14, too! Sometimes, I get dry orgasms if I've masturbated a lot in one day. Don't worry. Try going for a few days or a week without masturbating (yes, I know it's hard). Sometimes, if you "save up" you can get more pleasurable ejaculations and hopefully you'll be able to ejaculate some semen. Hope this helps! Good luck!
