I'm 11 and this guy i like he's 12 and we've been on the same soccer team twice at school(we don't get to choose our teams).One time he made this not so funny joke about marrying him when we were playing a board game.Does he like me?

I can't be all that sure if he likes you, but to get him to notice you, just find out what he likes and talk about that. Guys like it when you talk to them about stuff they like. You both are in soccer, so there is something to spark a conversation and the just go from there. Also try to do things with him, If he likes watching soccer, then invite him to a soccer game with you. Just some tips.

well it depends on how much older he is than you if you are like 14 and he is 16 then there is no way he will go out with you but if he is a really nice guy just be your self

Aw sweetie, he has noticed you. Boys like girls who are confident and NOT clingy. They dont notice make up or cool clothes (unless they are gay). Just speak to him and ask him to fetch something for you. Dont game play cos thats what makes grown up relationships all messed up.

Try talking to him about footbal, the world cup and see how he responds. One comment is not enough for you to assume much. be confident and take a chance.
