Why not, the worse that could happen is you end up shopping for another drug dealer anyways and probably end up buying drugs from a law-enforcement agent. Get "invited" to do a drug rehab program and hopefully get off drugs. So it could only benefit you. Go ahead ask

A drug dealer is not a used car salesman. You're probably not going to be able to haggle the price down with him unless you're pretty close with each other. And even if he knows how much other people are selling the stuff for, he's not going to tell you because he wants you to buy his stuff. So there you go.

STOP doing drugs and take better care of yourself. Drugs are such a losers game and it just makes people walk away from you and not care. Your family cares about you so why would u want to put yourself and family and friends through the hardship of a drug abuser? Good luck with your life.
