i came off the pill at the end of may and the first wk in june i was on light, now iam only spotting.

Each person is different.You may not resume a full healthy cycle for two mnths the actual times vary from woman to woman.Do not worry, when your body is ready to begin it will.Just remember to wear adequate protection until you feel confident that your normal cycle has returned.

I came off the pill for 4 months and didn't have a period at all then I changed pills and still didn't have them, after that I came off this second pill it took 2 months for my periods to start but they are still very erratic. The first 2 cycles were 29 days and then only 18 days.

The length of time it takes for your regular cycle to resume can vary widely and still be very normal. In general, the younger you are the more quickly you self regulate. Likewise, in general, the shorter time you were on the pill, the less time your body may take to self regulate. Within a few months it is likely you will see a marked shift toward a more predictable cycle.

you are fine (my opinion!!) i was on the pill for 6 years and stopped. same as you no period. so i went to the doctor and had a pregnancy test done it was negative. she told me i may not have my period for 9 months after i get off the pill. sure enough there was my long lost friend after 7 more months. all was good. hope you are OK...

It varies from person to person. Most women get their period back within a month though, since birth control pills have lower doses of hormones these days.

In my experience, I spoted for a while but still had my major flow once a month.. sometimes twice. Depending on your diet and exercise reutine, it will probably take about 3-4 months before you are regulated back to your normal once a month flow.

are you pregnant? your period should come 28 days after the first day of your previous period. And after taking the pill, you should be more regular than normal.
