ok so i havent got my period yet and im 15.. i've been getting seamen everyday for about a year and a half is there any doctors or anyone that can help me...

Okay not getting you period yet at 15 is not unheard of but i don't understand what you mean about seamen?

If you don't have your period by age 16 you have what is known as primary amenhorrea.
primary amenhorrea-when your fails to start at the age of sixteen.
seconday amenhorrea-when your period is absent or temparily disappeared.
If you don't get your period when your sixteen then go to the doctor.They'll confirm your diagnosis and get you on track.

According to the book'So your'e a Teenager' its when you're 18 and u don't have it Should be worrying so don't get all worked up and yes u should go to a gym and work out.

girl ur lucky. i got mines when i was 12 and its been H..E..L..L.. periods are not something to look forward to and you should be enjoying this time you have with out "Aunt Flo" AnYwAyZ, i guess its normal not to have it at that age...so no worries!
