what can i do about pimples and the black spot?

i am a young girl and at times i am really scared to look in the glass because my face is just full of pimples and black spot what are you suggestion about getting rid of these pimples

drink lots of water, wash face everyday and def. take vitamin e pills, my grandma had this blue spot on her forehead since birth that never went away until she started takin them n now its gone!

Use Tea Tree Oil it works for tha pimples but those black spots you're talking about are they pimples that were on your face but have faded. I'm not sure about that, but the Tea Tree Oil takes away the pimples.

I love answering these questions because i can relate to them!

---In the morning wash your face with a 4% or 5% benzoyl peroxide face wash, do not scrub or you could irratate pimples more.

---Apply a clear gel to affected areas after washing.

---Ice big pimples for 2 minutes every half hour for as long as you can

---Rub fresh garlic on pimples to dry the pimples out.

---Strawberry leaves rubbed on pimples should reduce the amount of swelling.

---Wash your face before bed with the same wash you used in the morning (4% or 5%)

---Before bed put another cream/gel on affected areas (Clearasil Ultra Tinted Acne Treatment works the best)

---Put toothe paste on pimples to dry out your pimples.

Drink alot of water it helps alot and it is a natural cleanser.

Home acne remedies: Wash the face thoroughly with a non-oily face wash twice a day. After wiping off the water from the face apply tea-tree oil on the face. This can reduce the acne chances.

I got a nice cleansing gel by Avene (it exists in Europe, I don't know about anywhere else) that really helped
