Parents love anything that is "personal." Some suggestions (depending on how much or little money you have):
1. Go to a place like "Things Remembered" in the mall and get them a picture frame and have their names and wedding date (or # of years married if it's a big anniversary) enscribed on it.
2. Make or order them a nice romantic dinner complete with candles.
3. Make a "coupon book" filled with coupons for things you and your sister wouldn't normally do (8 hours of not yelling at each other, cleaning your room without complaining, etc.)
4. Find old pictures of them and burn them onto a CDROM complete with music.

What ever it was I'm sure they appreciated it. Perhaps the best gift you could give them is your love and support and the knowledge that you are both growing up to be happy well adjusted kids due in large part to their efforts.
