My chest is almost fully flat. Though it hurts to run, jog or even power walk. Sport bras don't help while I run it just makes it worse.

It is not athsma. I am fairly healthy. I just have a somewhat loose heart valve and sometimes it is hard to breathe, maybe because of second hand smoke. But the doctors said I can do exercise...But that was around two years ago. And my dad refuses to bring me to a doctor untill I am 14 or 15. For reasons unknown.

It happens in P.E. The school nurse dosn't care atall. She says just to deal with it. All my relatives [That are sane] live far away. My grandma wouldn't care. All of my moms side is either crazy or dead along with her. And I don't know how to get to the doctor alone. And my dad has insurence for me.

I don't think the pain you're feeling has anything to do with you being flat-chested. You said you're 13... have you had this problem during PE? If so, you could go to the school nurse. (Which of course, doesn't help at all now that it's summer.)

Do you have another relative you can talk to about this? Mom, or a grandparent or even an aunt/uncle? I'm not a doctor, but if basic power-walking is causing you chest pain and you do have a diagnosed condition, I would feel better if you had a profession aware of your situation.

Sounds like your father needs to get over whatever reason he has for not taking you to the doctor (unless it's for some weird insurance reason, but in that case you need to work that out and get some type of medical attention). It sounds like a serious condition that needs to be checked out by a medical professional.

Find your insurance card, look up the insurance website to access it to see what doctors are in your area and somehow get to a doctor by yourself and tell him or her what is going on!
