You may not be able to - mail servers sometimes limit that and there's no way around it other than getting a different email service. Or using a program like WinRAR to compress and break up the file into smaller chunks.

Most times you can't. Try using a site like yousendit.com or sendspace.com. There you can upload bigger files more easily, and they give you the option of emailing the person directly from the site or just giving the persion the address of the upload in your personal emali to them.

you may not be able to in an email to to limitations on the mail server. Normally about 2mb. I would suggest you use www.yousendit.com It is a free website where you can email up to 1gb and it is free.

you can download beam file and get the person that sent you the attachment to resend it using beamfile and you can send and recive as much as 5GB via your email address!! this is very effective the only disadvantage is that you both have to be online at the same time.

You don' t download to an email. Download to your computer hard drive first, they attach it to an email. BUT.. see the above answer.
