You won't find it in Thunderbird. You have to find out your Internet Service Provider's server name and enter it in to Thunderbird. For example, Gmail's server name is "pop.gmail.com" (without the quotation marks). Usually, the server name is "pop..com" or "imap..com" As for schools, it usually appears as "pop..edu" You can find out your ISP's incoming server name by searching Google. Try searching for " e-mail server name" (without the quotation marks). I used the same search query to find out AOL's incoming and outgoing servers' name. Which brings me to the next obstacle. You also need to provide the outgoing server name, which is different from the incoming server name. Thankfully, most outgoing server names are based upon the incoming server name. Usually, they are smtp..com. For example. Google's outgoing server name is "smtp.gmail.com"
