Possibly tonight, with these next two days possibly being RVD's last two as a WWE employee (and Sabu's, too). The WWE's drug testing policy states that any talent "who is arrested, convicted or who admits to a violation of law relating to use, possession, purchase, sale or distribution of prohibited drugs will be in material breach of contract and subject to immediate dismissal." So RVD and Sabu should both be fired according to the policy.

As I am sure you know, Edge won it last night. I bet they were going to drag it out longer, but since RVD got arrested for marijuana possesion I am sure the company will be punishing him under the no tolerance drug policy they put in place. I wouldn't be surprised if RVD lost the ECW title tonight so it will still be around while RVD is rehabbing.

Their will be a 3 way match and Cena is going to FU RVD and then Edge is going to hit Cena with the wwe title and Edge is going to pin RVD and Edge is going to win the title and they will get it...

if rvd isnt fired, wwe will win back the wwe belt and rvd will stay the ecw champ since he carries both belts. last week when cena faced rvd it was just for the wwe not ecw belt
