It's not easy or fun...if you can do a reinstall. But to get rid, either follow these insructions or create a post of your own on this site so they can help you.

Best of luck

Hi,

I would like to inform you that .. SysSecuritySite (syssecuritysite.com) is a computer hijack that is the result of the ZLOB Trojan. The ZLOB Trojan infects computers and generates warning messages announcing the infection, then directs users to download fake anti-spyware and anti-virus products from a host of websites among which is SysSecuritySite.com. ZLOB Trojan promotes several rogue products such as Pest Wipe, SpywareStrike, SpyAxe, SpyTrooper, Malware Wipe, Adware Punisher, Spy iBlock and SpyGuard. It is highly recommended to remove this trojan as it does transfer back and forth information from the infected computer which makes it a potential for data theft.

You can remove this hijacker manual but maybe that will be complicated for you, if you wish to remove manually then contact me at : - jsmith2451@yahoo.ca

Otherwise you can find the automatic solution by using the below link:

without any more info, this sounds like you have had a browser hijack, were a unauthorized web page has taken over your homepage setting in internet options
this was caused by a spyware,it could of been one of many, but to sort this out firstly find out in add\remove programs if you have any programs that should not be in there, such as names like dot.net and dot.com,if you find anything that should not be there ,uninstall it
next you should download spybot from http://www.safer-networking.org/,and run a scan, remember to update and imunize the program before you start
if you find any entries, fix selected problems and then go to internet options and reset your homepage to your normal page, and click apply
you should teally get a virus program that protects you from browser hijacks, such programs as norton, macafee and f-secure all have internet explorer sheilds, protecting you while looking on the web
apparently yahoo toolbar with anti-spy is very good for preventing browser hijacks, and can be downloaded from the yahoo homepage
also install adaware from http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware/,as this will clean all known adware(such as pop-ups)from your system
good luck

We had a security program take over our home page and couldn't get rid of it to start with. We had to buy an anti spyware program to get rid of it. Worked first time. Good luck.
