The black heels. Sorry, but the skirt looks too sluttish. You could wear the black heels with lots of different things. So in my opinion, go with the black heels.

The heels all the way. The skirt looks trashy. And you'll get more use out of the shoes.

The skirt, it has a cute woman already in it too. The shoes are just shoes sitting there. Maybe worth wearing for 5 minutes once in awhile I think though. Otherwise sensible shoes are best I think.

It depends on the occassion. Me being a guy, would probably go for the jean skirt, but it's really up to how you feel.
