You can try file splitting/joining programs like:
http://www.spadixbd.com/freetools/jsplit.htm
http://www.freebyte.com/hjsplit/#win32
or you can compress (zip/rar/arj/lha/gz...) your file. Or first compress, then split. Some (in fact, most) of the archiving programs can do (make) multivolume archives, you have to setup the maximum "chunk" size.

You've got two problems simply emailing the file:
1) Your mail server used for sending may not accept a file this large.
2) Your recipient's mail server may not accept a file this large.
So even if you solve problem #1, the second problem may still prevent you from transferring the file successfully.
I have used a service such as yousendit.com for this purpose. You upload your file onto a 3rd party website, and your e-mail recipient gets a special download link to retrieve the file.

Yes. You can get a new email address, or zip the file using Winzip or a similar program.
