This is not a debate about the existance of God/Not God/Your God/My God. This is a question about the purpose of Earth.

Considering what is going on on Earth today, I'm sure the creator is wondering the same thing.

My theory is this must be some type of college/school
of Life lessons of the Universe. "Come to our school for some challenging curiculum and leave with a doctorate in 'Living With Negativity & Surviving It 101".

Here's another theory: What if there are other schools out there way more advanced than this one - and they don't have anything to do with us because we're undergrad's and they have nothing in common with us yet. If a kindergartner keeps throwing tin-can telephones at high-school students - why teach him to make his own real telephone if he's not mentally mature enough to understand basic life concepts much less the 'advanced' technology of using one. ?

because ever thing has to evolve. its the same reason to why apes had to evolve to humans. the main purpose is that in evolution, things get better than they are, so that's what happened to earth and why it created life, because its better this way. our planet is far ahead of the other ones in their evolution. the other planets are also evolving but in their own ways. earth is the best one out of all of them because its the only one that has developed abilities to speed up the evolution on the other planets by using its ultimate creation, human beings. you see planets are like humans too, they are in some way alive. believe it or not. the prove to this is that earth heals it self from disasters such as comets, climate changes etc...like we do when we get ill.

Nothing created the Earth. It just happened. No real purpose, except that which we assume for it.

For entertainment purposes? I have no clue. If I could create a civilitaion, I'd prolly take care of it at first, then get bored and mess with it on occasion for entertainment. Haha

We are another beings game, from another planet. they created us and given us many different situations to deal with. marrage, children ,money, wars, poverty etc. they are curious as to how well we deal with these and just when we think everything is ok they say well they did a good job with that so lets give them something else to figure out
