I try to trust people I do but I have been hurt so much in my life. I let my self trust people and they always let me down Why?? Is it so hard for them to Keep there mouth shut or not to take things from you. If they love you they wouldnt lie or cheat, or take whats not theres. talking behind your back say what you got to sat to my face.Dont stick a knife in my back.So when I do trust or try stuff like this happens. So Why is it so hard for me to trust some one you ask??

It's not as if alot of people give you reason to trust them. After being bludgeoned over and over by betrayal and discourtesy, I think it natural to be skittish (at the very least) when the subject of trust comes up again. On the other hand, it's not healthy for you to completely abandon the pursuit, because there are people who will deserve what you have to offer and be able to return it in kind. Patience and perserverance.

You definately have reason not to trust as the trust you have given in the past has been met with disappointment. Since I do not know the people it is hard to say but generally it sounds like the people you are talking about are very selfish and put their needs and wants above yours. When you find somebody that can put your needs and wants above theirs I think it will be easier for you to trust them. Perhaps you need to be looking for a different kind of person to trust. I do not know you so I cannot judge but often times women are attracted to men that are bad for them and your situation seems eerily similiar to that. Find out what you want and then find a person that holds those values, dont settle if you want to be happy.

It sounds to me that you have been to hurt by to many people so now you can't trust anyone.. When you find the right guy if thats what your not trusting is guys then when you find the right one then you will know from there that you trust him and you will love him... You just haven't found the right guy or friends.. Good Luck

it is hard to trust people ,but ya know unless you are looking for mr. right then dont worry about trusting people. you need to trust the man you choose to marry so in that case you would need to learn how to deal with that. but friends come and go so dont worry about trusting them, jjust about trusting yourself, if you trust your self and how you feel you will know most of the time when to trust someone, but i would not worry about it! let the stress of that go, have friends but rely on yourself to make the right choices for you not them.

My husband has the same problem and i am paying for all his exs F**k ups All his ex cheated on him and he don't trust me.I don't get it.I have never gave him a reason not to trust me.

you don't have to trust people,trust yourself.it's good to have friends but don't forget it will come a time they are jealously....so just live your life meet people talk to them but go your way.
life have change this dayz and people as well have change coz everbody want to be number 1.

baby girl, so sad to hear. i don't trust people easily. so you're just okay by me. it stings when you got burn, but you just have to deal with it.
