I always tell people when they have a problem with skin color or anything else, that if God had made humans without eyes to see each other, then none of that stuff would matter. It shouldn't matter anyway, just too many out there that can't let people be.

With so much skin cancer prevalent these days, you have to care about skin color especially if you wish to safely build up a nice healthy glowing tan. On the other hand, you could spend your money on purchasing the very latest spray on stuff which is said to give you a quite rapidly developed brown skin color. I guess this is only a problem for pale skinned people

Not all people do, depends on where you were raised and how your own beliefs are. My self Im not racist as I have many friends of different races, I just wouldnt marry anyone outside of my race...But my children may marry whom they choose no matter what race they may be...as long as they treat them right is all I care about....It cracks me up to see when just because of our own preferences we get condemn as rasist .

Its all about perception and fear. The basic flaw in most human nature is that we don't want to believe that anyone is as important as ourselves. Abe Lincoln said it best when it comes to people. He said something like, feed a dog and nuture him and he will not bite you, this is the basic difference between dogs and man.

Because unfortunately a lot of people were raised in families with racist views. They think it isn't right to "mix the blood". It is igmorance is all. Hopefully with each generation it will lessen.

Ignorance because people are afraid of things that they don't understand. Like it or not, different races have different cultures. Generational stupidity because people teach their children to hate people that aren't the same as them.
