Absolutely not. Rooney has been in trouble before for not being able to control his emotions. If you put the patriotism behind and look at the game objectively they were not robbed. I am Italian but I can admit that Australia was robbed and the penalty was not justified. Rooney not only that did the kicking in front of the referee then he continued on with the whoving. instead of putting blame on Christiano Ronaldo or the referees all the Brits should be focusing on Rooney like they did with Beckham in the last world cup. Mental erroir may have cost them the game.

Of course not!!! Behaviour like Rooney's has no place on a football pitch. If Germany lose tomorrow I assume the nation don't all cry because of the Torsten Frings's ban. I certainly can't see him do anything other than possibly defending himself and his mate. It's a game and the reffing decisions were no worse for England then any other team.
Don't forget the 3rd goal in 1966!!! A decision well in England's favour and noone ever cries about it on this splendid island. Get over it and get behind Germany now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ;-)

No, England were not robbed, Wayne Rooney let the country down. This is the second time he has done this. If you look at all the football 'greats', past and present, they are always cool and disciplined. They let their feet do the actions on the pitch. Rooney has to stop being a bad boy and learn to control himself, if he wants to become a football 'great'.

You must be a pro' footballer.....not Was..........Were England robbed. They certainly robbed the British public of entertainment. On the other hand, it was a bit of a comedy, a comedy of errors.

Did the referee change the size or location of the goal when England took their penalty kicks????? They lost. They had 10 players and an idiot. The idiot cost them the game because he is pampered in the Premiership and thinks he can get away with his crap in the World Cup.
