I went out this weekend with my best friend and other friends of mine. After the club, as we were leaving they got into an argument with some other guys, but then the guys left. My best friend was real mad, when i went to him to "lets go" he got real upset and started yelling at me telling me a bunch of other stuff, as I was leaving he pushed me and when I turned around I slapped him and told him not to ever touch me again, and then it got worse. He started punching me like if I was some kind of guy, busted my nose, and my eye, and the bad thing about it was that none of my other so called friends, did anything. Im so hurt by this, i could not believe, my so called best friend after 3 yrs... A man that lays a finger on a woman doesnt deserve any forgiveness. And Im upset, what should i do?

Get an attorney and file battery charges.
Also make sure you are ready for war...he'll probably try to hurt you again.
Be prepared to get a restraining order against him.
I've been angry at girlfriends before, but I never hit them.
No one - NO ONE - has a right to hit another person.

I'm sorry of what happened to you. Really.
Don't even speak to him again.... It's against all rules of good sense to even hit a woman. In what kind of world does he think he's living? And besides that, you were best friends.. For crying out loud... I really can't believe he could do that... To your best friend?
I'm sure he was a little drunk or something but that does not excuse him for anything he has done. Now you are suffering and maybe he can't care less... But even if he apologies, I wouldn't forgive him...
I'm sorry, I know it's disappointing when you lay all your trust in somebody and that person doesn't care for you at all (or almost none at all) .
Make new friends and believe in yourself....You deserve friends who care about you and help you....

He couldn't deal with the other guys getting the best of him, so he took it out on you. Do you even realise how wrong the whole situation is? the fact that he hit you or the others stood by. Do you even know who these people you call friends are? Have any of them called to apologise? if they haven't you know they are talking about you behind your back. It's not easy but you need new friends.

Get rid of him now! If he would hit you over something like that, what do you think he would do to you if it was really YOU that made him mad???
And as for your friends not helping you, what friends?!
Friends dont hit or hurt (in any way) friends, and friends dont let others hurt friends either!

Press charges..........now, before you heal...Also, have someone take pictures of all your wounds. And have the authorities, get statements from your "friends" who witnessed the event.
Sure hope you didnt mark him! Because, he'll probably counter sue you.
