it is possible
nothing except no sex is fool proof, have you been taking antibiotics recently if so that makes the pill less effective making it very easy to get pregnant. i would recommend taking an at home pregnancy test.
just so you know the best time to do this is first thing in the morning with your first pee of the day if you can't wait until the morning get a box with two take one tonight and then one in the morning.
if still no period in a week retest there are such things as false negatives.

No method of birth control is absolute, so it's possible. But you could be irregular from going off birth control. If you're worried, see a doctor.
