i am 13.....will my bust size increase any more....is there a way to tell if my bust has stopped increasing?

You are young so there is no way yet, but if they don't grow, it doesn't matter, flat chested women are sexy too.

At thirteen, you shouldn't be the least bit concerned about your bust size. It's probably just about perfect for your age. Will it get any bigger? Well, I have to turn that question around. Would that matter?
Take a look at some of the top celebs these days. Slim built is the fashion.
Being big-busted can be a real drag - especially if you're active in sports, or love to wear good clothes. Most of the high end fashions are made for slimly built ladies.
So stop worrying about your bust. You're thirteen - so behave like a thirteen year old. Be a tom boy. Get out there and get active. Volunteer for something. You need to have more on your mind than your bust size. Brains and personality are far more important.

Family history. Look at the other ladies in the house. On both sides of the family.
Trust me, you do not wish for a large bust! You will get back problems, straps that cut into your sides and shoulders (sometimes drawing blood) and the summer months is pure h*ll with all the sweating underneath.
I took after my mother who had ample breasts. My sister was not so fortunate and has learned that her smaller bust are not as cumbersome as a large bust.
I had a 'noticeable' bust at 12/13 years of age. And size increased as I got older. By the time puberty arrived, I became a short, well endowed girl.
You gain weight, they grow. Lose weight, first place you lose it is the bust area. (Most of the time). During pregnancy, after and breast feeding they will be bigger but after breast feeding, they will go back to the size you were before pregnancy.
Please, do me a favor if you do happen to have an abundance of frontage. Exercise that area to keep your breasts firm. Keep doing that exercise WELL into your elder years.
Above all, BE HAPPY WITH WHAT YOU HAVE!!! Do not change or alter what you have. If people cannot accept your for who you are, then they are not worth knowing. And vice versa.

Bust size usually increases until you're in the ages of 16 - 18

Look at the women in your family (mother, aunts, grandmothers) on both sides. If they generally have small breasts then don't count on yours getting too large. If they are relatively large on both sides then yes yours will grow. Mine were probably a B when i was 13 and they are now a D at 22 (the women in my family have moderately sized breasts). Don't worry - if you're 13 you are just beginning to grow! PS Large boobs are SO annoying - be thankful if yours stay small.

Hunny, dont worry, you are 13, your boobs will get bigger. Trust me, mine are still growing and I am 22. in fact my boobs were the same size from like 10 grade till i was ike 18, and I thought I was done. But then the had a growth spert again. DONT WORRY. Your boobs will get bigger. But remember its not all about that.

My sweet heart u r just 13, u ve got ur whole life 4 ur boobs growth. I am a boy so i am not familiar with ur case but from what i heard from my girl friend, she said that be4 her busts growing she always ve a tingling sensation arounds her stuffs, may u should ve too.

How old are you, you are usually fully developed at about age 16-17, but i did have a friend that was in High school and grew huge boobs during her junior year, not implants, this was about 30 years ago and they didnt have them then, she wasnt a big gal either. weight grows boobs, but you get fat every where else too.

Well there is no sure way of knowing....but the odds are in your favor that as you grow older....the fat cells in your body will gravitate to the areas of your body that get the least exercise.
So please....for the future men of america......please do your sit-ups, deep knee bends and your leg lifts.
