i have a savings account w/ heritage trust and they gav me this payroll request form for direct deposit what do i do with it and also what do i put in the action requested section of the form?

When you request the direct deposit form it should have a line where you can designate checking or savings. If not ask the person who gives you the form and your bank.

You have to direct deposit into a checking account.

u have to get a form from ur job to be fill out somtime by u or ur bank it all depends on ur job or ur bank then u have to get the tracking number and acct number so that it may be sent to ur account or aprroved by ur bank.
