LOL

We yankees don't use the term "wanker," mate. Nice try though.

And soccer is growing on this side of the pond, at least in my city (San Francisco). Steps of Rome Caffe was so crowded for Italy-Ukraine the whole street in front of the restaurant was blocked with people looking inside to see the match.

It's amazing how many people fell for your post. Looks like just me and one other person figured out you're from England. Guess you'll get the laughs you were hoping for.

NEWSFLASH! The world does not evolve around YOU! If soccer is so boring, how did you end up on this forum. Curiosity got the best of you? At least soccer does not need HALF TIME SHOWS to keep the spectators entertained. The entertainment is in the game. So why don't YOU start your own forum on racing and leave this one for real sports fan's to enjoy and discuss? You must be British, you sore loser!
GO BLESS EVERYONE

You know that there are only about 300 million Americans and about 5.7 Billion other people on this planet? God, Americans are so greedy, what can I say! And then you guys pretend to be us (Canadian) when you go overseas. Real nice. No way Yahoo, keep this open. There's some reall good soccer talk in here!

Ya and baseball is just so exciting.

How about that NASCAR? You gotta love it.
"ok guys turn left, now left again, k go left, now turn left."

BTW are you really British? Americans don't use the term "wankers" too often. Nor do they refer to themselves as Yankees.

If that's the case, I'd say Nascar and baseball is still more interesting than watching televised Darts

First of all, you are not an American, we don't call ourselves "Yankees" and we don't use the term "wankers". Stop trying to give Americans a bad name, jacka$$.

Well, being a "Yankee", I am hopeful of several things from the rest of the world :

1) We aren't all isolationist thugs.

2) Some of us do like to watch football, some like myself have a passion for it.

3) We all didn't vote for Bush and his Iraq agenda.

And finally, this Yankee says to you:

Ballocks you biscuit-arsed baboon.

Then what are u doing here? You thrive on making yourself irritated? You like annoying the s*it out of yourself.. or maybe u're soo damn boring to appreciate anything good, you simply cannot see good thing pass you by because you're too preoccupied being angry and selfish? Its ppl like you who turn the world against Americans.. well, and ur President too!

Hmmmmm.... you are a Yankee and you say "wankers"? Couldn't you find a more yankee insult? LOL

Nice try, though. I'm sure many Yankees would agree with you.
