I've heard that said a few times in a sarcastic way but never heard a response.

I'm referring to anti-abortion republicans btw.

So basically have a baby born into poverty or whatever no matter what then let him or her die of sickness with no healthcare? Or live under a bridge because maybe he/she was not too bright in life and poor? Let him/her die from starvation rather than get food stamps? etc...

Or I know... put the baby into the fostercare system where there are millions of children waiting?

Your points are all valid. I just think you will never be able to get the pro-lifers to listen. They are on a religious mission, and 9/11 has shown us where that leads...

I get what you are saying, and this is just more of your elitist liberal propaganda. There was a movement in the early part of the twentieth century with ideas similar to what you are suggesting. It was called eugenics. If you are really so educated, you are familiar with it, if not, you should read up on it. The only life that is precious is that life that is born into a family that is wealthy or that the parents are liberal minded enough not to realize how sacred that life really is. I find it interesting that in one of your other postings that you say social programs are what makes America great, but if a person takes advantage of them, they are not as worthy of a human being as you are. I like that, no hypocrisy at all.
By the way, if you advocate the murder of unborn humans because they do not meet your standards of worthiness, maybe we could just line up all those who are already living and put them out of their misery also.

i hate religious people telling others what to do.
SO i looked into when life begins and ends and the similarities are extrodinary.you go out the same way you come in.tubes and food and air and waste all being taken care of in some cases before you die as long as you can show brain wave activity something will be done to keep you going.so with that as a mesure as soon as the brain cells form and start dividing and that is at the moment the egg and sperm meet .everything forms around the brain from the first division of cells . i say it is life from the get go to the end .and jesus sucks so you no i am being truth-full god can eat my left testy and rot in hell i do hate religion and all it has done but life begins at the point of egg and sperm hooking up .so rubbers and spermicides and blow jobs what ever works to prevent pregnency except morning after or abortion of any kind..sorry to tell you and i am an anarchist with socialist leanings.
and abortion is killing in my book and if i accept that killing i accept all murder and i can kill and take any thing until i am stopped or die of old age with my gun in my lap .ssso
so i must protest all killing for any reason . I saw a man on tv say his sons death was his own falt for going to war and no one else is to blame. imagine that for a moment.and they were close .freedom means living with choices and as long as we think war we will die in them and as long as killing is ok we will have wars when you can justify a single life being extingushed you can do anything

I'm always puzzled by people who claim that "all human life is sacred from the moment of conception". When it comes to fertilized ova (zygotes), very few implant in the nourishing uterine lining.

Most fail to implant, and so that precious little life is snuffed out. Why aren't these people doing something to save the lives of these tiny humans?

Declaration of Independence...let's see...Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness. Hrmmm...nothing in there about abortion. Wait, I see it! Nothing stopping it, as a woman's life, liberty, or her pursuit of happiness may be at stake. She doesn't see an unintended pregnancy as a "consquence" or "punishment" for her sins. She doesn't need to carry a kid from a guy that knocked her up and disappears. Or her father's kid. Or the kid that will be born with its organs on the outside of the skin. Or the product of her violent rape.

Sounds like life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness to me. Damned to the fascist that wants to control her body in the name of "punishment" or "white power propogation".

I honestly don't think the Government has a place in deciding what is and isn't acceptable for a woman to do to her body.

1. Republicans are not the only people who are pro-life...
2. People need to learn to be responsible for their own actions, and as long as there are easy ways out...that is never going to happen.
