How do you find your block list on messenger...I thought putting them on my ignore list is blocking them!!

go to your Preferences...
then Ignore List...
then make sure the button is clicked for "Ignore anyone who is not on my Messenger List".
or as the previous person stated:
pick the button (in the same preference box) that says" Ignore only people below:" The only disadvantage to that is, after a while that list will be overflowing, and it only allows 50 or 100 ID's to be put in there.
If you know anyone who is a chatter in the chat room, might want to try and find a copy of YTunnel. Ytunnel is like a firewall for yahoo messenger. And, no, YTunnel is not a part of yahoo at all.

they should not be able. you should put them on your block list that will stop them, I have had to do that also. go to options, it has a block area

Blocking- their is no way they can contact you
Ignoreing- You can't read their post or anything but they can talk to you via email
