Good manners are considerate of others... not brash; not mean and rude; patient; respectful; does not look down or put down others; thankful...
Yes I have those. In fact I worry if I can survive in this world of jungle since my friend told me I am like cow - too nice to other people.

Good manners are lacking these days. You don't have to take etiquette classes to learn manners. You were probably taught this by your family, but maybe you did not realize it. Be respectful and remember the Golden Rule.

heehee I am so old fashioned. I still believe in holding doors open for others. I believe in saying, "excuse me" and "I'm sorry".
I believe in smiling and saying "hello". Before I leave for the store, I will ask if anyone else needs anything. I believe in saying,
"please" and "thank you". I believe that if someone gives me a compliment that I should be gracious and thank them. I believe in giving up my place in line for someone who has fewer items to buy than I do. I believe in asking nicely, not demanding anything.
I do not curse and use vulgar language to other people. I believe in minding my own business. And yes, I still use these manners and am teaching them to my child.

Saying thank you and you're welcome should be second nature. Taking off your shoes when entering one's home, saying hello as you enter, not cutting in on a conversation, not cutting down on a person's opinion (but politely telling them they've overlooked some things... lol), not saying, "huh?" or "what?" to your mother when she calls you, holding your tongue in an argument. I could go on. I'm super a*al about politeness having come from Hungary. Etiquette is my middle name.
