If you're talking about the clear plastic bags they are in, those are new racquest with a plain old plastic bag from the manufacturer. They aren't some magical bag with extra-power-fairy-dust in them.

Tennis professional take newly strung racquets out of a plastic bag. The racquet stringer puts the newly strung racquets in bags for the players.

you don't really have to have a bag for it, unless you put your tennis raquet with your fishing stuff and the carving knives.. then you may need a shield too... Otherwise it's just a luxury hting, in my opinion. It doea protect to some degree your nets not getting scratched and stuff, but if you're going to be careless about it, might as well get a .50cents raquet, and don't worry about it.
You can find them at any sports related store, like big 5 and all... or specialized stores, but you might end up paying more for the bag...

They are just bags that their sponsor sends the racquets in. Nothing special.

They are just normal plastic bags. They don't really need them, they just choose to.

They are regular plastic bags that the stringers put the rackets in... and its purpose is...
to prevent humidity from altering the string's tension.
