www.ultimate-guitar.com
look under lessons.

www.musictheory.net -that was given to me by a very musically talented woman.

Modes are easy. lets say you want to learn all of the modes of a C major scale.
Ionian=CDEFGABC
Dorian=DEFGABCD
Phrygian=EFGABCDE
Lydian=FGABCDEF
Mixolydian=GABCDEFG
Aeolian (natural minor)= ABCDEFGA
Locrian (diminished)=BCDEFGAB
Ionian(1 octave higher)=CDEFGABC

To find different modes of any scale, simply pick a note in the scale, and play all the notes up the next, usually to the next octave.

You should try www.cyberfret.com !

It has some great little lessons and stuff regarding scales, chords, music theory, and all sorts of stuff. I think you'll like it.
